Integrating Your Preferred SEO Optimization Tool With WordAgents

With the launch of our highly anticipated SEO Optimization Tool Add-On, WordAgents customers can now combine the expertise of our industry-leading content specialists with the power of on-page and SaaS-driven SEO optimization. 

Do you have a favorite SEO optimization tool? Great! 

Simply provide the link to your tool’s editor when placing an article order, and, for a minimal surcharge, our SEO experts will save you time and improve your content by optimizing your article according to the suggestions from your preferred SEO optimization tool. 

Rest assured that, with the exception of a few minor adjustments, our order form workflow remains the same seamless process that you’ve come to know and trust. All you have to do is follow the steps outlined below, and within a matter of minutes you will be on your way to acquiring affordable, value-driven, SEO optimized content.

Let’s take a quick look at how.

Step 1 - Place a new article order (either a single and bulk order)

To begin, enter your WordAgents customer account portal. 

On the left sidebar, click the field titled ‘Order Articles’ (1). Once inside the WordAgents order form, indicate the number of articles you would like to order (2).

Please note that before placing an article order, it’s necessary to have already purchased redeemable word credits via one of our pricing packages. If you are a current customer, you can purchase word credits from within the customer account portal by clicking on the field titled ‘Buy Words’ (also located on the left sidebar).

Step 2 - Select your preferred SEO optimization tool

Once you have indicated the number of articles you would like to order, check the box located directly beneath the field titled ‘Select An Optional Tool Add-On Below’ (1). Once selected, this field will activate our SEO Optimization Tool Add-On service.

With the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On service now activated, you will be presented with a list of our current SEO service provider partners. If you don’t see your preferred tool on the list, don’t fear! We are constantly evaluating our partner network of service providers and will be adding more options in the near future.

You will need to indicate which SEO optimization tool you would like for us to use to optimize your article or articles (2). The options are:

• SurferSEO
• Clearscope
• MarketMuse
• Frase
• Topic
• Content Harmony

Please note that activation of the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On service will apply a surcharge equal to 50% of your order’s total content writing credits (3). See the FAQs below for a more detailed cost explanation.

Step 3 - Provide us with a link to your tool editor

With your preferred SEO optimization tool selected, copy the Third-Party Content Editor link from your SEO optimization tool’s customer account dashboard and paste it in the field titled ‘Optimization Tool Link’ (1). 

Remember that if you are ordering multiple articles, you will need to add an optimization tool link for every article included in your order (2).

Keep in mind that our order form template will adjust slightly for bulk orders. This change is reflected in the UI image above.

While a single article order form will provide you with individual data fields to specify your title/topic and article word length (see step four below), in a bulk article order, you will find these data fields in a single data grid, alongside the fields for your optimization tool links. Bulk article orders will also require you to provide your target keyword and secondary/LSI keywords in your order instructions, rather than via an order form data field (again, see step four below).

Step 4 - Specify article word count, title/topic and target keywords

Once you have provided us with a Third-Party Content Editor link, you will proceed with our standard order form workflow (1). You will need to provide WordAgents with the following information:

• Number of Words
• Title or Topic
• Target Keyword
• Secondary or LSI Keywords

Please note that the UI image below reflects our standard order form workflow for a single article order.

Step 5 - Upload order instructions and complete your purchase

Once you have selected the number of words, title or topic, target keyword and secondary or LSI keywords for your article, you will need to upload your order instructions (i.e., style guide, briefing, outline, etc.). You can upload your order instructions directly beneath the field titled ‘Order Instructions’ (1).

Once you have uploaded your order instructions, you will need to review the WordAgents Customer Terms and Conditions (2), as well as confirm your email address (3) before clicking on the field titled ‘Complete Purchase’ (4) to finish your order.

Step 6 - Sit Back and Relax, Your Content Is On Its Way

And that’s it! The quick, convenient and cost-effective way to add your favorite SEO optimization tool to our content creation workflow.

Here are some common questions and answers about our SEO Optimization Tool Add-on service.

What is the cost of the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On service?

Activation of the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On service will apply a surcharge equal to 50% of your order’s total content writing credits.

For example, let’s say you have the Bronze pricing plan. The Bronze pricing plan offers customers 1,000 word credits at a flat rate of $120.00. If you are redeeming those 1000 credits to place an order for a single 1,000 word article, the cost per word for your article would be $0.12 per word. In this scenario, the 50% activation surcharge for the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On service (i.e., an additional 500 credits) would result in a final per word cost of $0.18 for your 1,000 word, tool optimized article.

Now, let's say you have our Gold pricing plan (our most popular package). The Gold pricing plan offers customers 10,000 word credits at a flat rate of $800.00. If you decide to redeem 1,000 of your available 10,000 credits to place an order for a single 1,000 word article, the cost per word for your article would be $0.08 per word. In this scenario, the 50% activation surcharge for the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On service (i.e., an additional 500 credits) would result in a final per word cost of $0.13 for your 1,000 word, tool optimized article.

Whether placing a standard or tool optimized order, more words means more savings.

Does the same surcharge apply to bulk orders?

Yes, the same surcharge equal to 50% of your order’s total content writing credits will apply. For example, if you are redeeming 2000 credits to place an order for two 1000 word articles, the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On service will cost an additional 1000 credits (i.e., a total order cost of 3000 credits). The cost per word will depend on your pricing plan. Remember, the more words you buy, the cheaper you pay per word!

Do I need to have an account with one of the tools in order to take advantage of the add-on service?

Yes, you will need to have a current account with one of our SEO optimization service providers in order to take advantage of our add-on service. As we are constantly evaluating our partner network of service providers and adding more options, the best way to stay up to date is by checking directly in the order form, or emailing us at hello@wordagents.com. Once you have an account with one of our service providers, you simply need to provide us with a link to your tool and we will do the heavy lifting from there.

If I provide you with a link to my SEO optimization tool, will you have direct access to my account?

No, the link you provide us will not grant us access to the back-end of your account. The link you provide us will only ever grant access to the front-end editor of your SEO optimization tool. We will never, under any circumstances, request access to the back-end of your account, nor will we request access to any sensitive account information (i.e., username, password, billing information, etc.).

I don’t see my SEO optimization tool on your list of service providers. Will you be adding more third-party tools soon?

We are constantly evaluating the market for SEO optimization tools and plan on increasing our add-on offerings in the near feature. I want to initiate a bulk order, but I don’t want to apply the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On to every article in my order. Is it possible to only activate the add-on service for certain articles in a bulk order?

No, it is not possible to only activate the add-on service for certain articles in a bulk order. If you decide to activate the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On, you must apply it to every article contained within your order. If you do not wish to apply the add-on service to every article, you must create separate orders (i.e., one order with the add-on service activated, and one order without the add-on service activated).

I have accounts with multiple service providers on your list of compatible SEO optimization tools. Can I request the use of more than one SEO optimization tool when placing an order?

Whether placing a single or bulk article order, at this time you cannot request the use of more than one SEO optimization tool. If you have accounts with multiple service providers and this is something that you would like to specifically request from our team, you can reach out directly to your account manager or email us at hello@wordagents.com.
