Yes, you read that right - all of our content services.

Whether you need blog posts, product descriptions, educational articles or any other type of SEO optimized content at scale, our monthly subscription program is ready to take your content efforts to the next level.

How Does The Monthly Subscription Program Work?

The backbone of our pricing model is our unique “word credit” approach to content ordering and delivery. 

With this approach, our customers make one-time purchases of redeemable credits via one of our standard pricing packages (i.e., from 1,000 credits to 20,000 credits), or extra bulk pricing packages (i.e., from 200,000 credits to 2M credits). They can then exchange these credits for SEO optimized content on an as needed basis. 

And yet, for many customers, a one-time monthly purchase just isn’t enough.

Now, thanks to our monthly subscription program, you can save time and money by automatically purchasing a set amount of redeemable word credits per month. The goal of the program is to first, eliminate the need for repetitive purchasing, and second, save you from the massive overhead that comes with in-house content development. 

How exactly do we do this?

First, we accomplish the former by automatically processing a monthly purchase on behalf of your WordAgents account on the date of your choice, refilling your account with word credits and keeping you focused on what matters most - your content. Next, we accomplish the latter by providing program participants with a discounted rate from our typical pricing.

Customers with a monthly subscription for our standard pricing packages receive a 5% discount on their word credit purchases, while customers with a monthly subscription for our extra bulk pricing packages receive a 2.5% discount on their word credit purchases. Monthly subscription customers are then free to redeem their credits as they see fit, just like with a one-time purchase.

To sign up for a monthly subscription, head to your WordAgents customer account portal.
On the left sidebar, click the field titled “Buy Words” (1) to purchase a standard word credit package, or “Buy Bulk Words” (2) to make a purchase for an extra bulk word credit package.

You should now see our pricing table.

From the pricing table, click the field titled “Monthly” (1), and select the word credit package of your choice. Once you have selected your package, click the field titled “Order Now” (2).

Referencing the image below, you can see we are ordering word credits for one of our standard pricing packages, the Bronze Package.

Now in our word credit order form, click the field titled “Bronze Package - 1,000 words - Monthly” (1). Note that the field title will change depending on the package you selected. 

Once selected, your monthly subscription discount will automatically be applied to the price. Complete your purchase as normal.

FAQs - WordAgents Monthly Subscription Program

Do I have to sign a contract to enroll in the monthly subscription program?

No, you do not have to sign a contract, and there are no setup or cancellation fees. The success of our business model is rooted in the measurable value that we provide to our customers via our best-in-class SEO content. As such, we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. 

If at any time you are unhappy with the quality of our content services, we will work with you until you are fully satisfied. Whether you make a one time credit purchase or sign up for a monthly subscription plan via our subscription program, you are free to stop redeeming your credits at any time and formally terminate your relationship with WordAgents.

Do my word credits ever expire?

No! So long as you are an active WordAgents customer, your word credits will never expire. You have the freedom and flexibility to both accumulate and redeem your credits as you see fit.

Is there a limit to the number of credits I can request each month?

We do not place limits on the number of credits you can request each month. The only limits for the monthly subscription program are with respect to pricing tier for each package, and the word credit increments you can request as you look to increase your subscription. 

For example, if you want to build a monthly subscription with the Platinum Package, the only requirement is that you build your package in increments of 20,000 word credits. Once you hit 200,000 credits, you would have to select our extra bulk Moby package as the basis for your word credit pricing tier. If you want to increase your subscription once in the Moby pricing tier, you would then have to do so in increments of 100,000 words.

If I enroll in the program, can I still make one-time credit purchases?

Great question! 

All program participants will still be able to make one-time credit purchases. These credit purchases will be priced apart from each customer's monthly subscription. This allows our customers to take full advantage of any word credit promotions we happen to be running. 

If you are a current customer, we recommend that you sign up for the monthly subscription package that best suits your content needs. Then, if you need more words, you can always make a one-time purchase and take advantage of any promotional pricing that we may be offering.

I’m a new customer. Can I enroll in the monthly subscription program and still receive 30% off my first order?

Another great question. 

Our 30% new customer discount is only available for new customers interested in trying one of our standard one-off packages. However, whether you are a new or returning customer, if you sign up for a subscription package in a period where we are offering promotional pricing, you will receive the promotional pricing AND the additional 5% or 2.5% subscription discount (depending on your package) for the first month of your subscription.

If you are a new customer, we recommend that you sign up for one of our standard one-off pricing packages, receive the 30% new customer discount, and give us a test run to see how you like our content. If you love the content you receive (and we are sure you will!) we can always  transition you to one to our monthly subscriptions.

Ok, so you don’t you offer any additional discounts for the monthly subscription program?

We do not offer any additional discounts beyond the 5% standard package discount and the 2.5% extra bulk discount detailed above. However, we do allow our customers to sign up for a standard package subscription in conjunction with additional pricing promotions.

For example, if  you sign up for a subscription package in a period where we are offering promotional pricing, you will receive the promotional pricing and additional discount for the first month of your subscription. While the pricing will then revert to normal, locked in price for your second month, you will still maintain your 5% or 2.5% discount. 

If you are a current customer and you are interested in the monthly subscription program, we recommend that you sign up now to lock in your discounted price. While we do run promotional pricing campaigns from time to time, the safest way to get a discounted rate NOW is to enroll in the subscription program.

What happens if I cancel my monthly subscription after being charged? Can I return the credits for a refund?

If you decide to cancel your monthly subscription after your charge date, we will not provide you with a refund. However, the credits you purchased will be maintained in your account for you to redeem whenever you need them!

How are you priced so low? These prices are crazy!

In addition, we have also mastered our internal project management workflows by implementing a robust set of hyper-efficient tools, as well as hiring the right employees to manage those tools. What kind of content can I redeem with my monthly word credits?

Our 100% all American writers can cover a diverse range of content requests. While we mainly focus our efforts on the four core content pillars of blog posts, website content, eCommerce content and SEO content, within those four umbrella categories, your content options are almost limitless. Again, whether you need 400 blog posts, 4,000 product listings, 20,000 reviews, or all of these combined, we’ve got you covered. 

In addition, with the recent launch of our SEO Optimization Tool Add-On, you can now use your word credits to request a round of SaaS-driven SEO optimization via your preferred SEO optimization tool. Activation of the SEO Optimization Tool Add-On occurs within the WordAgents customer account portal when ordering a new piece of content, applying a surcharge equal to 50% of your order’s total content writing credits.

How long can my content requests be?

The short answer - as long as you want! We have no minimum or maximum word count. At the end of the day, you have the freedom to determine the type of content (i.e., blog post, web page copy, product description, etc.), the length of each piece and how many pieces you need per month. 

Remember, as each credit is equal to a single word, the number of word credits you redeem for any given piece of content will directly correlate to the word count of the piece. If you have a balance of 200,000 credits, for example, you can divide it between 40 long-form blog posts at 5,000 words per piece, 200 product reviews at 1000 words a pop and so on and so forth!

What are your typical turnaround times?

Our content turnaround times will depend on the word count of each piece of content. We guarantee that orders of up to 10,000 words will be completed within seven business days, with smaller orders typically delivered to customers within 48 hours. 

Let us know if you need something rushed, and we will try our best to accommodate you if we can. With respect to truly extra bulk credit redemptions (i.e., orders over 200,000 words), we will work with you and your team to outline and deliver content turnaround timelines specific to your needs - guaranteed.

Who are your writers?

WordAgents is driven by a stable of elite, highly-knowledgeable and 100% all American writers and editors. Covering dozens of industry verticals and major market sectors, each of our writers undertakes a rigorous vetting and onboarding process to ensure that they meet the WordAgents standard for content excellence. Once a part of the WordAgents family, most of our writers will stay on for a number of years, working remotely with our project management team while delivering projects in their area of subject matter expertise. 

Will I have the same writer for every piece of content?

While we aim for consistency when assigning customer content orders to our team of elite and 100% all American writers, the reality of workload limitations means we cannot guarantee our customers the same writer for every piece of content. What we do guarantee is that the style, tone and quality of our content will be uniform from writer to writer.

Can I contact your writers directly?

No, you cannot contact our writers directly. Project management and content related communications - from payment inquiries to content revision requests - will be handled by each customer’s dedicated Customer Success Representative (in collaboration with a content editor where appropriate). 

This formal communication framework provides benefits to all parties involved, as it not only allows our team to more effectively take into account customer feedback, but it empowers our writers to focus on doing what they do best - developing best-in-class SEO optimized content.

Do I own the content you create?

Absolutely! Once we have finished and delivered a piece of content to you, you have full copyright ownership of that content. Under no circumstances will we ever republish, recycle or redistribute the content we have created for you.
